- 1 box (15.25 ounces) yellow cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 to 4 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Mix cake mix, eggs, and melted butter until crumbly. Press into pan.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, then remove and sprinkle marshmallows on top.
- Return to oven for 2–3 minutes until marshmallows puff. Let cool completely.
- Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat, mix in powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk.
- Spread frosting evenly over cooled bars and let set for 30 minutes.
- Cut into squares and serve.
