Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Prepare your cheesecake crust or skip it for a crustless version.

- Pour the batter into a springform pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, until the center is set.
- Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
