Description

A decadent chocolate-dipped cheesecake made with smooth cream cheese, rich chocolate coating, and topped with your favorite garnishes like crushed nuts, candy, and more.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 500 grams cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 200 grams chocolate (dark, milk, or white), chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Toppings (optional): crushed nuts, cookie crumbs, sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Prepare your cheesecake crust or skip it for a crustless version.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, and beat until combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a springform pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, until the center is set.
  5. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler or microwave.
  7. Dip each cheesecake slice into the melted chocolate, ensuring an even coat.
  8. Add toppings like crushed nuts or sprinkles, and let the chocolate set before serving.

Notes

  • Chill the cheesecake thoroughly before dipping in chocolate.
  • Use your favorite chocolate for the coating.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
