Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 6 ounces stuffing mix (1 box)
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 ribs celery, finely diced
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken, onion, celery, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine stuffing mix with melted butter and warm chicken broth until moistened.
  5. Spoon the stuffing mixture evenly over the chicken mixture.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

  • Use rotisserie chicken for convenience and extra flavor.
  • Add frozen peas or corn for extra color and sweetness.
