- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the sliced chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5–7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Return the cooked chicken and penne pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
- Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if using, and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot.
