- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix soup, mayo, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and shredded cheese.
- Spread broccoli florets evenly in the baking dish. Layer cooked chicken on top.
- Pour sauce mixture over the chicken and broccoli, spreading evenly.
- In a small bowl, combine crushed crackers with melted butter, then sprinkle over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
- Let sit 5–10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
