- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup crispy fried onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, rice, broccoli, soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Remove from oven, top with crispy fried onions, and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
