- 3 tablespoons all-purpose seasoning
- 2 jalapeños, seeded and sliced
- 4 ounces cream cheese, sliced
- 1 pack sliced bacon
- 3 ounces Louisiana Molasses Mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season chicken thighs with all-purpose seasoning.
- Stuff each thigh with cream cheese and jalapeño slices.
- Wrap each stuffed thigh with bacon and secure with toothpicks.
- Place chicken bombs on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and bacon is crispy.
- Brush with molasses mustard glaze during the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Remove toothpicks, serve, and enjoy.
