Description

Chicken Bombs are juicy, bacon-wrapped chicken thighs stuffed with cream cheese and jalapeños, glazed with a sweet-savory molasses mustard. Perfect as a main dish or appetizer, these flavor-packed bites are smoky, creamy, and slightly spicy.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose seasoning
  • 2 jalapeños, seeded and sliced
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, sliced
  • 1 pack sliced bacon
  • 3 ounces Louisiana Molasses Mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season chicken thighs with all-purpose seasoning.
  3. Stuff each thigh with cream cheese and jalapeño slices.
  4. Wrap each stuffed thigh with bacon and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Place chicken bombs on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and bacon is crispy.
  7. Brush with molasses mustard glaze during the last 5 minutes of baking.
  8. Remove toothpicks, serve, and enjoy.

Notes

  • Pat chicken dry for juicier results.
  • Adjust jalapeños for preferred spice level.
  • Use toothpicks to keep bacon in place while baking.
  • Rest baked chicken bombs for 5 minutes before serving.
