- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with ranch dressing, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Lay tortillas flat and layer with chicken mixture, cheddar cheese, diced avocado, and chopped cilantro.
- Roll tightly into burritos, folding in sides as you go.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Toast burritos for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and heated through.
