Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with ranch dressing, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Lay tortillas flat and layer with chicken mixture, cheddar cheese, diced avocado, and chopped cilantro.
  3. Roll tightly into burritos, folding in sides as you go.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  5. Toast burritos for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and heated through.
  6. Let rest for 1 minute before slicing. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Warm tortillas before rolling to prevent cracking.
