- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup small pasta
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Melt butter in a pot and sauté garlic.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in chicken and pasta.
- Cook until pasta is tender.
- Add cream and parmesan and stir.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot with parsley.

- Do not boil after adding cream
