  • 1 can cherry pie filling (21 oz)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a pizza pan or baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Unroll pizza dough onto prepared pan and shape into a circle or rectangle. Brush edges with melted butter and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
  4. Spread cream cheese mixture over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
  5. Top with cherry pie filling. Mix in cornstarch and lemon juice if needed to thicken the filling.
  6. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until crust is golden and filling is bubbly.
