- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a pizza pan or baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
- Unroll pizza dough onto prepared pan and shape into a circle or rectangle. Brush edges with melted butter and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
- Top with cherry pie filling. Mix in cornstarch and lemon juice if needed to thicken the filling.
