Cheesy Sloppy Cheeseburger Pasta combines the flavors of a classic sloppy joe with tender pasta and gooey cheese for a comforting and easy-to-make dinner.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 8 oz pasta (elbow macaroni or rotini)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups water or beef broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned and fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard; season with salt and pepper.
- Pour in water or beef broth and bring to a simmer for 5 minutes to thicken the sauce.
- Add cooked pasta and 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese to the skillet; stir until cheese is melted and pasta is coated.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top before serving.

- Add chopped bell peppers or mushrooms for extra veggies.
