Description

Ingredients

  • 30 Ritz crackers
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, sliced into small rounds or squares
  • 30 dill pickle slices, thick cut
  • 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the dill pickle slices dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  3. Arrange the Ritz crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Place a small piece of cheddar cheese on each cracker.
  5. Top each with one dill pickle slice.
  6. Sprinkle lightly with everything bagel seasoning if using.
  7. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and slightly bubbly.
