  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for greasing the pan

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
