- 1 sheet ready-rolled puff pastry
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup pickled jalapenos, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated and divided
- 1/2 cup Gruyere cheese, grated and divided
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated and divided
- 1 egg, whisked
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, chopped jalapenos, half the cheddar, half the Gruyere, and half the Parmesan until smooth.
- Unroll puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and spread the cheese mixture evenly over half the sheet.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and gently press down. Sprinkle remaining cheeses on top and press lightly to adhere.
- Cut into 1-inch strips, twist each strip, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush each twist with whisked egg and bake for 15–18 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm with your favorite dip.
