Description

Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries are a fun and delicious twist on traditional deviled eggs, using fresh strawberries filled with a creamy cheesecake mixture and topped with graham cracker crumbs for a sweet and tangy treat.

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Optional: fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries, then use a small spoon or melon baller to carefully remove the center of each strawberry, creating a small hollow.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream, mixing until well combined.
  4. Spoon or pipe the cheesecake mixture into the hollowed-out strawberries, filling them generously.
  5. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of each filled strawberry.
  6. Optionally, garnish with a small mint leaf for added color and freshness.
