Crispy, golden egg rolls filled with juicy ground beef, melted cheddar cheese, and tangy pickles for a fun twist on the classic cheeseburger.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 small Yellow Onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup Dill Pickles, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 12 Egg Roll Wrappers
- Vegetable Oil, for frying
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef and diced onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in garlic powder, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, chopped pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well and let cool slightly.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper flat, place 2 tablespoons of filling near one corner, fold in the sides, roll tightly, and seal with water.
- Heat oil to 350°F. Fry egg rolls in batches for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp.
- Drain on paper towels, let cool slightly, then slice and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use cold filling to prevent wrapper tearing.
- Don’t overfill to keep egg rolls sealed and neat.
- Air fry at 375°F for about 10 minutes as a lighter option.
