Description

Crispy, golden egg rolls filled with juicy ground beef, melted cheddar cheese, and tangy pickles for a fun twist on the classic cheeseburger.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 small Yellow Onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Dill Pickles, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 12 Egg Roll Wrappers
  • Vegetable Oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef and diced onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in garlic powder, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, chopped pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well and let cool slightly.
  3. Lay an egg roll wrapper flat, place 2 tablespoons of filling near one corner, fold in the sides, roll tightly, and seal with water.
  4. Heat oil to 350°F. Fry egg rolls in batches for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp.
  5. Drain on paper towels, let cool slightly, then slice and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Use cold filling to prevent wrapper tearing.
  • Don’t overfill to keep egg rolls sealed and neat.
  • Air fry at 375°F for about 10 minutes as a lighter option.
