Scale
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed

  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Instructions

  5. Divide dough into small portions and flatten each piece.
  6. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center and seal tightly into a ball.
  7. Arrange on a lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown.
