Ingredients

- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil to form a soft dough.
- Cover and let the dough rise until doubled in size.
- Divide dough into small portions and flatten each piece.
- Place a cube of mozzarella in the center and seal tightly into a ball.
- Arrange on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix melted butter with garlic and parsley, then brush over warm bread balls.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
- Seal the dough well to prevent cheese from leaking
- Use fresh garlic for the best flavor
- Do not overbake to keep them soft inside
