Description

A creamy and flavorful chicken salad made with tender diced chicken, crisp celery, tangy dill pickles, and a smooth mayonnaise dressing with Dijon and lemon. Perfect for sandwiches, wraps, or serving chilled on its own.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked diced chicken, about 1 1/2 pounds
  • 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth.
  2. Place diced chicken, chopped celery, and chopped dill pickles into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the prepared dressing over the chicken mixture.
  4. Gently fold everything together until evenly coated.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  7. Stir gently before serving and serve chilled.
