Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Toss carrots with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread carrots on a lined baking sheet.
- Roast for 30 minutes, turning halfway.
- Drizzle with honey and add thyme.
- Roast 5 more minutes and serve.
