- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon flavoring or extract
- 1/2 cup any type of filler (chocolate chips, nuts, sprinkles, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, oil, and flavoring until smooth.
- Fold in filler ingredients.
- Use a cookie scoop or spoon to portion dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
- Bake 10–12 minutes, until edges are set and centers are soft.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Enjoy warm or store in an airtight container.
