Description

Soft, fluffy cake mix cookies made quickly with minimal ingredients and customizable with your favorite mix-ins for a fun, easy treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 box cake mix, any flavor
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon flavoring or extract
  • 1/2 cup any type of filler (chocolate chips, nuts, sprinkles, etc.)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, oil, and flavoring until smooth.
  3. Fold in filler ingredients.
  4. Use a cookie scoop or spoon to portion dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake 10–12 minutes, until edges are set and centers are soft.
  6. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
