A delicious, cheesy broccoli melt that’s perfect for a quick snack or light meal.
Ingredients

- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine the steamed broccoli, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Place the mixture in a small baking dish.
- Top with breadcrumbs and dot with butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the top is golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Use gluten-free breadcrumbs for a gluten-free option.
- This dish can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
