Description

A delicious, cheesy broccoli melt that’s perfect for a quick snack or light meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine the steamed broccoli, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Place the mixture in a small baking dish.
  5. Top with breadcrumbs and dot with butter.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the top is golden brown.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
  • Use gluten-free breadcrumbs for a gluten-free option.
  • This dish can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
