Description

A vibrant, crunchy broccoli salad tossed in a creamy lemon tahini dressing with crisp cucumber, sweet grapes, and red onion for refreshing flavor and texture.


Ingredients

  • Broccoli florets, 3 cups
  • Cucumber, 1 cup thinly sliced
  • Red grapes, 1 cup halved
  • Red onion, 1/4 cup finely chopped
  • Tahini, 1/4 cup
  • Lemon juice, 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil, 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Chop broccoli into bite-sized pieces and slice the cucumber.
