This blueberry latte recipe blends rich espresso with sweet blueberry compote and creamy milk for a deliciously fruity twist on a classic coffee drink.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 23 tbsp brown sugar or sweetener of choice
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 oz milk of choice
  • 2 oz espresso
  • 1 cup ice (for iced latte)
  • Optional: whipped cream for garnish

Instructions

  1. Over medium-high heat, combine blueberries, brown sugar, and vanilla in a small pot. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the berries break down and the liquid is smooth.
  2. Set aside to cool slightly, then transfer to a blender and pulse until smooth to create the blueberry compote.
  3. Brew the espresso and prepare your serving cup with 1–2 tablespoons of the blueberry compote.
  4. If making iced, fill the cup with ice. Pour in milk of choice, then add the espresso.
