Ingredients

- 1 cup pistachios, soaked for 2 hours
- 1/2 cup cashews, soaked for 2 hours
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pitted date (optional)
- 5 cups cold water
Instructions
- Drain the soaked pistachios and cashews.
- Add the nuts, cold water, vanilla extract, salt, and optional date to a blender.
- Blend on high for 60–90 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Optional: Strain the milk through a nut milk bag or fine mesh sieve for a smoother texture.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or flavor if desired.
- Pour into a glass bottle or jar and chill before serving.
Notes
- For extra creaminess, reduce the water to 4 cups.
- Straining is optional based on your texture preference.
- Store in the fridge and shake well before each use.
