Description

These low-carb Big Mac Pickle Boats are crunchy dill pickles stuffed with seasoned ground beef, topped with cheddar cheese, and drizzled in creamy Big Mac sauce. All the flavor of a classic burger without the bun!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large dill pickles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickles
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 1 cup High Protein Big Mac Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking tray with parchment or foil.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté until softened.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, ground mustard, salt, pepper, and chopped pickles. Cook until combined. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Slice the pickles in half lengthwise and scoop out the centers to create boats. Pat the insides dry.
  6. Fill each pickle boat with the beef mixture. Top with shredded cheese if using.
  7. Place stuffed pickles on the baking tray. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted.
  8. Drizzle with Big Mac sauce and serve warm.

Notes

  • For crispier pickles, make sure to pat them dry before stuffing.
  • You can prepare the filling in advance and refrigerate until ready to assemble.
  • Use dairy-free cheese or omit it for a completely dairy-free option.
  • Serve with extra Big Mac sauce on the side for dipping.
