- 2 packs ramen noodles, cooked and drained
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 pound ground beef
- ΒΌ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Lettuce leaves
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Mix cooked ramen noodles with beaten eggs. Divide into 4 portions, press into round molds or ramekins, and chill for 30 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly oil it. Fry each ramen bun for 3β4 minutes per side until golden and crisp. Set aside.
- Form ground beef into 4 patties, season with salt and pepper, and cook in the skillet for 3β4 minutes per side.
- In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Simmer briefly, then stir in cornstarch mixed with a bit of water. Cook until thickened and glossy.
- Brush the teriyaki glaze over the cooked patties and let it caramelize slightly.
- Assemble the burger: ramen bun, lettuce, glazed patty, green onions, and top with another ramen bun. Secure with a skewer if needed.
- Serve immediately with edamame or fries.

- Chill ramen buns well before frying to keep them firm.
