Bang Bang Chicken Casserole is a spicy, creamy, and cheesy baked dish combining tender chicken, pasta, and a signature Bang Bang sauce for a crowd-pleasing comfort meal.

- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 8 oz penne or rotini pasta
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, sour cream, garlic, salt, and pepper to make the Bang Bang sauce.
- Add the cooked chicken, drained pasta, and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese to the sauce. Mix well to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from oven and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Adjust sriracha for a milder or spicier dish.
- Add steamed broccoli or bell peppers for extra veggies.
- This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
