- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups whipped topping, divided
- 3 medium bananas, sliced
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- 8 to 10 maraschino cherries
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until evenly mixed.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9 inch pie dish to form an even crust. Chill for 30 minutes to set.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping until fully incorporated and fluffy.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
- Layer sliced bananas evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Spread well drained crushed pineapple evenly over the bananas.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping and smooth evenly.
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts over the top, drizzle with chocolate syrup, and finish with maraschino cherries.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Drain the pineapple thoroughly to prevent excess moisture.
- Chill for the full 4 hours for clean slices.
- Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
