Description

A nostalgic no bake Banana Split Pie made with a buttery graham cracker crust, creamy sweetened cream cheese layer, fresh bananas, crushed pineapple, fluffy whipped topping, crunchy walnuts, chocolate drizzle, and classic maraschino cherries.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping, divided
  • 3 medium bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 8 to 10 maraschino cherries


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until evenly mixed.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9 inch pie dish to form an even crust. Chill for 30 minutes to set.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping until fully incorporated and fluffy.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
  6. Layer sliced bananas evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Spread well drained crushed pineapple evenly over the bananas.
  8. Top with the remaining whipped topping and smooth evenly.
  9. Sprinkle chopped walnuts over the top, drizzle with chocolate syrup, and finish with maraschino cherries.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Drain the pineapple thoroughly to prevent excess moisture.
  • Chill for the full 4 hours for clean slices.
  • Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
