Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup pitted dates, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add rolled oats, chopped dates, chocolate chips, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and honey, stirring until evenly combined.
  4. Use a spoon or cookie scoop to place dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing cookies evenly.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and set.
  6. Remove from oven and allow cookies to cool slightly on the sheet.
  7. Serve warm or store in an airtight container.

Notes
