Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper (any color)
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter (for greasing the baking dish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil or butter.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
