Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil or butter.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in the diced ham, bell pepper, onion, and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
