Description

These warm, cinnamon-sugar baked bananas are the perfect quick treat. Naturally sweet, tender, and loaded with cozy flavor — ready in just 20 minutes!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe Bananas
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Honey (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish or tray with parchment paper.
  2. Slice each banana in half lengthwise and place cut-side up on the baking sheet.
  3. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle evenly with cinnamon and brown sugar. Add vanilla if using.
  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes, until soft and caramelized.
  5. Drizzle with honey if desired and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use bananas that are ripe but still firm — they’ll hold up best while baking.
  • Add chopped nuts, coconut, or chocolate chips for extra texture.
  • Great served with yogurt, oatmeal, toast, or ice cream.
