- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Paprika, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, lemon zest, and juice. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in chopped artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, and black pepper. Stir until evenly blended.
- Spread mixture into prepared baking dish. Top with a sprinkle of mozzarella and paprika.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, then serve with crackers, chips, or vegetables.
