Apple Cinnamon Roll Lasagna is a warm and comforting layered dessert featuring cinnamon rolls, spiced apple filling, caramel drizzle, and a sweet icing topping. Perfect for family gatherings or cozy nights in.

- 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls (save the icing packets for later)
- 4 large apples, peeled and diced (Granny Smith or Golden Delicious)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/3 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, stir together diced apples, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and nutmeg until apples are evenly coated.
- Cut cinnamon rolls into 1/4-inch thick slices. Sprinkle with flour and roll each slice on a floured surface until thin.
- Arrange the first layer of flattened cinnamon rolls at the bottom and up the sides of the baking dish, pressing them to seal well.
- Spread half of the apple filling on top and drizzle with 2–3 tablespoons of caramel sauce. Top with another layer of flattened cinnamon rolls.
- Add the remaining apple filling over the second layer and drizzle again with caramel sauce. Finish with the remaining flattened cinnamon rolls on top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Cool for at least 30 minutes before drizzling with the reserved icing from the cinnamon roll cans. Serve warm.
Notes
- Use firm apples like Granny Smith to prevent sogginess.
- For extra flavor, sprinkle chopped pecans or walnuts between layers.
- This dessert can be prepared a day ahead and baked just before serving.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for added indulgence.
