Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.

- Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with oil to prevent sticking.
- Arrange potato slices in a single layer in the basket.
- Air fry for 15–18 minutes, flipping or shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crisp.
- Sprinkle with extra salt or parmesan if desired.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
