Flaky croissants filled with creamy eggs, cheese, and your favorite breakfast mix-ins, crisped to perfection in the air fryer. A quick and customizable breakfast favorite.

- 4 Croissants (preferably day-old)
- 4 Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Milk or cream
- 1/2–3/4 cup Shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or preferred)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional mix-ins:
- Diced bell pepper
- Sautéed onions
- Spinach
- Cherry tomatoes (halved)
- Bacon bits or cooked sausage
- Chopped herbs (chives, parsley)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F) if required by your model.
- Cut the top third off each croissant and hollow out the center gently.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Layer cheese and mix-ins into each croissant shell. Pour in egg mixture without overfilling.
- Place croissants in air fryer basket or ramekins to support them. Air fry at 160–170°C (320–340°F) for 8–12 minutes until eggs are set and croissants are golden.
- Let rest for 1–2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use day-old croissants for better structure.
- Don’t overfill with eggs to avoid spillage.
- Let croissants rest after cooking to help the eggs fully set.
- Top with hot sauce or herbs for extra flavor.
