Description

Juicy, golden Air-Fryer Chicken Breasts that cook in under 25 minutes — crispy on the outside, tender inside, and packed with flavor from herbs, paprika, and lemon.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound total)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–4 minutes.
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Coat the chicken evenly with the seasoning mixture.
  5. Place chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 9–10 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Note: Pound chicken to an even thickness for the best results.
  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer; cook in batches if necessary.
  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure perfect doneness at 165°F (74°C).
  • Resting the chicken helps retain juices and tenderness.
