Description

  • 1 cup plain yogurt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and plain yogurt until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and gently shape it into a round loaf.
  4. Place the loaf on the prepared baking sheet and dust the top generously with flour.
  5. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until golden brown and the loaf sounds hollow when tapped.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
