- 1 cup plain yogurt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and plain yogurt until a shaggy dough forms.
- Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and gently shape it into a round loaf.
- Place the loaf on the prepared baking sheet and dust the top generously with flour.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until golden brown and the loaf sounds hollow when tapped.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
